But the China seal depend on were what state you live in. It is an easy google search. hope this helps. We just finished our Dossier yesterday and sent it off yesterday also. Now waiting for LID and the TA; should get both a few weeks apart (WC- program). If you have any questions fire away, sometimes its good to know others have traveled the same path and know your pain but also know theres a lightt/ child at the end of our trip.
